A: Upon moving into the community, an initial assessment will be required to determine the proper Level of Care required. Ongoing quarterly assessments will be performed to ensure the correct Care Plans are established.
Assessments will be required on a quarterly basis and/or, if a significant change in Care is identified.
A: Domestic cats and small dogs (< 25 lbs) are welcome in Independent Living. All animals must be pre-approved by our Executive Director before they are allowed to move-in. Size, weight, type of animal and ability to live with the elderly population are all criteria taken into consideration before acceptance. Pets must be housebroken, spayed/neutered, have all of their current vaccinations up to date, be well behaved, on a leash at all times, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health. At the time a Resident is unable to care for their pet, other arrangements for caring for the pet must be made with the Executive Director at the owner's expense.
A non-refundable pet fee of $500 is required for each pet upon signing the Resident Agreement, as well as a pet addendum to cover the cost of any damages incurred by the pet.
A: The main reception area will be staffed from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days a week. The main entrance will be locked during evening hours. All guests must check-in at the Reception desk/Concierge area. There will be security cameras located at all building entrances and exits, as well as alarmed doors and cameras at all exits.
A: No. The only Community Fee is the non-refundable Reservation Deposit, equal to your first month's rent, needed to reserve your preferred Apartment. This allows residents the ability to maintain management of their own personal assets.
