Q: What is a CCRC?

A: Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) provide a variety of senior housing options and services to meet the changing needs of their residents. Depending on the CCRC, these options can include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Couples Care and Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. Cedarbrook of Rochester does not offer nursing care services, however, we do at our Cedarbrook of Bloomfield Hills location. Please call for more information.

Q: What if the unit I want already has a deposit on it?

A: You can still place a deposit on an alternate unit, and be put on a waiting list for your first choice. All units will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Once a deposit is secured, the specific apartment is reserved for you.

Q: What if I need extra care? Can I move to the other care levels within the CCRC?
